Disclaimer​

The Yidian Software platform operated by Hefei Yidian Xinmei Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Yidian Software platform") provides services (including but not limited to Yidian Jingling, Yidian Cloud Test, EC Android edition, EC iOS edition, EC Enterprise edition, and all other services provided by Yidian Software). Before using these services through any means (including installing and using software provided by the Yidian Software platform), please read this disclaimer carefully and agree to its terms.

Any use of Yidian Software platform services (including installing and using software provided by the platform) constitutes acceptance of all terms in this disclaimer. If you disagree with any term, please stop using all services provided by the Yidian Software platform.

The Yidian Software platform is built around a collaborative ecosystem for automation test script development, guided by user needs and powered by advanced data processing. If a script infringes third-party intellectual property or other lawful rights, the script developer and submitter bears full responsibility. They must compensate the Yidian Software platform or any third party for resulting losses. The Yidian Software platform may refuse access, take scripts offline, or delete them without prior notice.

The Yidian Software platform respects intellectual property and complies with applicable PRC IP laws and binding normative documents. When rights holders believe script content infringes their rights, they should send a "Rights Notice" to the platform, which will take down relevant content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Procedures​

I. Rights Notice​

If any individual or organization finds that a Yidian Software platform user or developer has used the platform and its services in a way that infringes their lawful rights, please submit a written Rights Notice to Yidian Software.

Note: If a Rights Notice is materially false, the submitter may bear full legal liability (including but not limited to damages and attorney fees). If you are unsure whether material on the platform infringes your rights, consult a professional first.

To help the platform process your notice effectively, please provide:

    1. Proof of ownership of the allegedly infringing content;
    1. The name of the script to be removed and its exact URL;
    1. Contact details: name; ID or passport copy (individuals) or registration certificate copy (organizations); mailing address; phone; fax; email;
    1. A signed IP rights document — organization seal for legal entities, or ID / authorization for individuals. Send the above and contact details to ieasyclickmaster@hotmail.com.

II. Counter-Notice​

If content is removed under the above notice, the content provider may send a counter-notice stating that the removed content does not infringe copyright or other lawful rights. After a counter-notice, the platform may restore the content and is not legally liable for that restoration.

Note: If your counter-notice is materially false, you may bear full legal liability (including but not limited to damages and attorney fees). If you are unsure whether material infringes others' rights, consult a professional first.

For counter-notices, please use this format (including numbered items):

    1. Identify the information or content removed by Yidian Software and its URL;
    1. Proof of legality of the removed content, including ownership or lawful-use proof;
    1. Contact details: name; ID or passport copy (individuals) or registration certificate copy (organizations); mailing address; phone; fax; email;
    1. A signed IP rights document — organization seal for legal entities, or ID / authorization for individuals. Send the above and contact details to ieasyclickmaster@hotmail.com.

Intellectual property​

  • Yidian Software is intended for learning and technical exchange in automation testing. It does not include illegal features such as cheats, assistants, or other functions that harm computer information security.
  • By using Yidian Software, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
  • Software or scripts you develop belong to you; Yidian Software claims no ownership or copyright.
  • You are solely responsible for issues with your software, including legal liability and runtime errors.
  • You must not develop illegal software, including but not limited to malicious registration, fraud, or software harmful to the state or others.
  • You bear all rights and responsibilities for software built with Yidian Software.
  • The Yidian Software platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is not liable for service interruptions due to operational changes, force majeure, network conditions, communication routes, or regulatory requirements. Hefei Yidian Xinmei Network Technology Co., Ltd. retains the right to update this disclaimer.
