User Agreement

Important Notice​

The EasyClick (Yidian Software) User Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") applies to all users of Yidian Software services (including Yidian Jingling, Yidian Cloud Test, EC Android edition, EC iOS edition, EC Enterprise edition, etc., hereinafter "you"). Once you agree to and accept this Agreement, it forms a legally binding document between you and Hefei Yidian Xinmei Network Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter "Yidian Software"). You confirm that you have read this Agreement in full and fully understand and agree to all of its contents. We also remind you that if this Agreement is modified or updated, Yidian Software will notify you of the changes and publish them. Before using any services provided by Yidian Software, you should read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, stop using Yidian Software and related services immediately.

I. Yidian Software Usage Rules​

Yidian Software is a platform that can automatically simulate and execute all actions you perform on phone and tablet screens. It can record your screen operations and replay them, or run scripts written in Javascript by third-party authors (Yidian Software does not write any scripts). Yidian Software is a helpful tool for testing software BUG stability and for entertainment and games, but Yidian Software itself does not modify or speed up any game or software. After correct installation, you may use Yidian Software for free trial, but Yidian Software reserves the right to terminate free service. To remove the above restrictions, you must purchase a license code through lawful channels. You confirm that you clearly understand that what you purchase from Yidian Software is only a license to use Yidian Software itself, and does not include any scripts. At the same time, Yidian Software may adjust the above trial policy. In any case, before you purchase Yidian Software according to its sales policy, Yidian Software may stop your right to use Yidian Software at any time.

  • You acknowledge and confirm that for Yidian Software versions, due to the wide variety of devices, if Yidian Software cannot be used normally because of system modifications by device manufacturers or other reasons, although Yidian Software will make every technical effort to keep Yidian Software working normally, Yidian Software bears no responsibility for this and will not refund you. You confirm that you are aware of this risk before purchasing Yidian Software and are willing to accept it.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that after correct installation, Yidian Software does not include any scripts by default, and Yidian Software does not write any scripts. You may record or write any scripts yourself, or obtain scripts through purchase or other lawful channels, but you must not obtain any scripts through any channel that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or infringe third-party lawful rights. Scripts may exist on Yidian Software's official website, forums, and other products, but you confirm that you understand these scripts are not written or provided by Yidian Software, but uploaded by other users. Even if you obtain scripts from the above channels, Yidian Software does not guarantee the correctness, security, or legality of those scripts, and Yidian Software bears no responsibility to you for any problems caused by any script. You bear all consequences of using any script yourself.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that after you obtain relevant scripts yourself, if using or running those scripts causes various possible adverse effects, such as account bans, loss of account data, or violation of the target program's user agreement, you must bear all adverse effects yourself and have no right to require Yidian Software to bear any responsibility.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that when purchasing a Yidian Software license code, you may purchase from the official Yidian Software site https://ieasyclick.com, or other official channels designated by Yidian Software. You must purchase authorization using the method designated by Yidian Software. Available purchase methods include but are not limited to: online banking, third-party payment (such as Alipay, Tenpay, etc.), and mobile recharge cards. Your purchase indicates that you have agreed to and voluntarily comply with Yidian Software's relevant authorization rules (the right to modify and final interpretation of authorization rules belongs to Yidian Software; specific content is subject to the authorization rules published by Yidian Software).
  • You acknowledge and confirm that you may only purchase license codes through the above official channels and must not purchase license codes from unknown sources. Yidian Software has the right to freeze license codes recharged through abnormal channels. Yidian Software reserves all rights to pursue legal liability against organizations or individuals who purchase license codes through abnormal means such as impersonation or theft of others' identities or accounts.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that once a Yidian Software license code is successfully purchased and activated, the purchase is complete and you may not request a refund of the amount paid.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that the control center in Yidian Software Enterprise edition is part of the "Yidian Software" software referred to in this Agreement. If you need to purchase and use Yidian Software Enterprise edition, you should first understand the features of the enterprise edition and the differences from the standard edition through the Yidian Software website. After purchasing the enterprise edition, you have no right to request a refund from Yidian Software or conversion to the standard edition because enterprise edition features do not meet your requirements.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that if Yidian Software terminates operations or transfers operating rights, it has the right to announce this 30 days in advance.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that Yidian Software reminds you to keep your license code safe. Yidian Software bears no responsibility if a license code is lost or leaked for reasons not attributable to Yidian Software and therefore cannot be used.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that when using Yidian Software for automation test development, you must comply with laws and regulations, and must not use software to develop gray-market or black-market automation for profit. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.
  • You acknowledge and confirm that when using Yidian Software for automation test development, users must comply with relevant national or regional laws and regulations.

II. Account Management​

  • Yidian Software services may require you to register an account. If registration is required, you must ensure that your registration information is true, accurate, complete, and lawful. If the above information changes, you should update your registration information promptly. If the registration information you provide to Yidian Software is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, unlawful, or contains illegal or undesirable content, Yidian Software has the right to refuse registration and reserves the right to terminate your use of all Yidian Software services. For untrue, incomplete, inaccurate, or not timely updated registration information, Yidian Software has the right to take measures such as notifying you to correct within a deadline, suspending use, or canceling registration. All adverse consequences and losses caused thereby shall be borne entirely by you.
  • You are obligated to properly safeguard the account and password you apply for on Yidian Software and must not disclose them to any third party. You must be responsible for all actions under your account and password. All actions under this account and password are deemed your own actions.
  • Your account and password are for your personal use only. Without Yidian Software's consent, you must not lend, transfer, or otherwise allow any third party to use them. Otherwise, Yidian Software has the right to terminate this Agreement and will not refund your fees. Yidian Software cannot and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or other adverse consequences caused by your failure to comply with this provision. You understand that Yidian Software needs a reasonable period to act on your request. Before that, Yidian Software bears no responsibility for instructions already executed and/or resulting losses.
  • Yidian Software commits to using your personal information obtained mainly for normal customer information recording and management and for the purposes of this Agreement. Although Yidian Software has made great efforts to protect your personal information, it still cannot guarantee that existing security technical measures will prevent your privacy information from being lost in any form. You understand and agree that Yidian Software is not liable for any damages not caused by Yidian Software's subjective intent, including but not limited to damages to goodwill, privacy, use, data, or other intangible losses (whether or not Yidian Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages).

III. Intellectual Property​

  • All LOGOs, trademarks, graphics, Yidian Software software and other products, technologies, source code, and all programs on the Yidian Software website https://ieasyclick.com, and all other intellectual property and lawful rights, belong to Yidian Software and are not authorized here.
  • Without Yidian Software's permission, no one may use them in any way (including but not limited to illegal copying, distribution, display, mirroring, uploading, or downloading), or affect Yidian Software's normal services through unconventional means (such as malicious data interference), or modify or reverse compile Yidian Software, or place or embed trojan programs or backdoors in Yidian Software that harm third-party data security. Otherwise, Yidian Software will pursue legal liability.
  • Yidian Software specifically reminds you: Yidian Software does not write any scripts. You may record or write any scripts yourself, or obtain scripts through purchase or other lawful channels. The intellectual property of scripts obtained through lawful channels belongs to the script author. You must not obtain any scripts through any channel that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or infringe third-party lawful rights. Before using any script (including but not limited to scripts obtained through Yidian Software channels), you should review the script's security and legality yourself. Otherwise, you bear all legal liability arising from the above matters. In such cases Yidian Software has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, and you shall also compensate Yidian Software for all losses suffered, including but not limited to any compensation, indemnity, liquidated damages, fines, litigation fees, investigation and evidence collection fees, notarization fees, attorney fees, etc.

IV. Disclaimer​

You acknowledge and agree that Yidian Software is not liable for any damages that may result from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to loss of property, earnings, data, or other intangible losses:

  • Force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, or terrorist attacks causing Yidian Software's recharge system or services to fail to operate normally.
  • System service interruption or delay caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of telecommunications departments, or system maintenance.
  • System service interruption, termination, or delay caused by government orders, changes in laws and regulations, or orders or rulings of judicial or administrative organs.
  • Disclosure of your personal information because you told others your license code or Yidian Software account password, failed to keep your license code or password safe, shared your Yidian Software account with others, or for any other reason not attributable to the Company.
  • Disclosure of bank account information or identity information caused by other websites linked to or cooperating with the Company (such as online banks) and any resulting legal disputes and consequences.
  • You (including minor users) providing the Company with incorrect, incomplete, or false information, causing inability to use your Yidian Software account or suffering any other loss.
  • If network recharge services need to be suspended for system maintenance or upgrades, we will try to announce this in advance. We are not liable to you or any third party for any loss caused by interruption or termination of recharge services.
  • You have fully read and agreed to the Disclaimer published on the Yidian Software website.

V. Service Changes, Interruption, or Termination​

Given the special nature of the services, you agree that Yidian Software has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all services (including paid and free services) at any time. If the changed, interrupted, or terminated service is a free service, Yidian Software need not notify users and need not bear any responsibility to any user or third party; If the changed, interrupted, or terminated service is a paid service, Yidian Software will notify you in advance before the change, interruption, or termination, and provide you with equivalent alternative paid services. If you are unwilling to accept the alternative paid service, for the service fee you have already paid to Yidian Software, Yidian Software will refund the remaining service fee after deducting the service fee corresponding to the paid service you actually used. If Yidian Software services terminate as a result, Yidian Software will complete settlement with you, but except for refunds bears no other responsibility. You clearly understand that Yidian Software needs to inspect or maintain the platform or related equipment providing services regularly or irregularly. If paid services are interrupted for a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Yidian Software bears no responsibility for this, but should announce it in advance when possible.

VI. Breach of Contract​

If you violate any rule, statement, commitment, or warranty under this Agreement, it is deemed a unilateral breach by you, and you shall pay us liquidated damages of no less than RMB 50,000 in one lump sum (if the actual loss caused to us by your breach is less than RMB 50,000, liquidated damages shall be calculated at RMB 50,000; if actual loss exceeds RMB 50,000, liquidated damages shall be calculated based on actual loss).

VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance, modification, and termination of this Agreement and resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of China. For any dispute arising from interpretation and performance of this Agreement, both parties shall first seek resolution through friendly negotiation. If the dispute is still not resolved within 30 days after one party sends the other a written notice requesting negotiation, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Shushan District, Hefei City.

VIII. Privacy Policy​

Yidian Software will strictly protect your privacy. For the purpose of serving users, Yidian Software may use your personal information to provide services to you, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with Yidian Software partners so they can send you information about their products and services. Beyond that, your personal information will only be used for the purpose determined at the time of collection and with your consent. For any other use, we will obtain your consent in advance. At all times, your information will be handled according to Yidian Software's privacy policy and can be viewed on the Yidian Software official website.

IX. Other​

  • Yidian Software does not guarantee that all devices can run Yidian Software normally. You should check and confirm whether your device can run Yidian Software normally before use. Yidian Software will not refund you because your device cannot run Yidian Software normally.
  • All notices under this Agreement may be made through important page announcements and other means. Such notices are deemed delivered to you on the date sent.
  • This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding the matters agreed herein and other related matters. Except as provided in this Agreement, no other rights are granted to the parties.
  • If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
  • Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
